The whole machine adopts seamless welding technology, and each surface is smooth and smooth, making it difficult for bacteria to breed or remain. The water tank is equipped with two layers of filters to ensure the cleanliness of circulating water. The track chain is equipped with a dedicated cleaning nozzle for real-time cleaning to avoid cross-contamination of equipment and containers.

The whole machine is waterproof and moisture-proof, and can be directly subjected to high-pressure water washing, chemical cleaning, steam sterilization, etc. Designed with seamless welding, round tube chassis, and internal wiring, it is easy to clean and leaves no residue. Tunnel side baffles, pipelines, nozzles and other components are designed to be easily disassembled, making cleaning trouble-free. Water curtains are installed at the entrance and exit of the tunnel to prevent water and steam leakage and keep the workshop hygienic.
