The high-pressure nozzle adopts a wrap-around layout, the spray angle is adjustable, and the bottom nozzle can swing at a large angle to ensure that there is no dead space for sterilization and decontamination. The cleaning water temperature is adjustable, which can protect some containers that are not resistant to high temperatures and ensure damage-free cleaning.

The equipment pays attention to hygiene protection and integrates multiple bacterial control designs. Multiple high-temperature cleaning processes and full-coverage high-pressure spray ensure full contact between the container and high-temperature water for more thorough sterilization.

Mechanized large-volume cleaning effectively reduces staffing and labor costs. The fans used for air drying and drying are designed at the top of the tunnel, which has high space utilization and reduces site occupation.

The entire equipment is waterproof and moisture-proof, and can be directly cleaned by manual wiping or chemical cleaning, saving time and effort. It adopts designs such as seamless welding, round tube chassis, and internal wiring. The outer surface of the equipment is smooth and easy to clean, and stains are not easy to remain.
